When I was five years old

I started school.   

And I was running with

My family and my friends.     

Tasted the flavours of the dinners

From the school canteen, and

I was younger then,  

Take me back when, I...

 

Scraped my knee and broke a bone

Made friends, so I am not alone

And I've not measured

My height in so long,

I know I've grown.

Now I'm sad I'm leaving

 

I'm on my way,

Heading to high school, down

Those diff'rent roads,

Singing to songs I love and I,  

Miss the way, school made, me feel,

It's real.

And we want to say

Thanks,

Now we're leaving Primary school.
